This is to certify that we have examined Mr. 3. §.-

Northcote.

He is at present suffering from chronic gastritis and

taking into account his long residence in the Tropics and the fact

that he has been incapacitated from work through illness for the

last two summers we recommend that at the end of the coming Cool

Season he be invalided from the service.
